Returns & Replacement Policy

At Sleeves London, every laptop case is made to order and personalised just for you. Because of this, we take great care in crafting and checking each item before it leaves our workshop.

Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.


Personalised Items

All of our laptop cases are custom-made according to the personalisation details you provide at checkout. For this reason:

  • Personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • We are unable to accept returns for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect sizing chosen at checkout

    • Spelling or design errors submitted with the order

We strongly recommend double-checking all personalisation details before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, we’ll make it right.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at .....

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damage

Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement at no extra cost, and

  • Provide instructions if a return is required.

Please note:

  • Reports made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

  • We do not offer refunds for damaged items; replacements are provided instead.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, your order will already be in production and cannot be changed or cancelled.
